Terms and Conditions – Headlands Christmas wonderland giveaway
- Promoter: The promoter of this competition is Headlands Hotel, located at Cnr Headland Ave, Yuruga St Austinmer NSW 2515.
- Competition Period: The competition will run from start of trade Thursday 5th December 2024 until end of trade Sunday 22nd December 2024. Entries will be accepted during this period only.
- Eligibility:
- The competition is open to all participants who visit the Christmas Wonderland photo installation at Headlands Hotel and share their photo of the installation, tagging Headlands Hotel on Facebook or Instagram.
- The competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 or over.
- How to Enter:
- Visit the Headlands Hotel Christmas Wonderland installation and take a photo.
- Post the photo to your Instagram or Facebook account, tagging Headlands Hotel Instagram handle @headlandsaustinmerbeach or Headlands Hotel Austinmer Beach on Facebook.
- Follow the Headlands account you’ve tagged (Facebook or Instagram)
- Participants can enter multiple times by posting a new photo each time with the required tag.
- Winner Selection:
- Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
- The random drawing will occur on Monday 16th December 2024 and Monday 23rd December 2024. One winner will be selected each week.
- The winners will be announced via Headlands Hotel’s Instagram and Facebook accounts on the same day as the draw.
- Prizes:
- Monday 16th December 2024: $200 Food and Beverage Voucher to spend at Headlands Hotel Bistro or Bar.
- Monday 23rd December 2024: Two-night midweek stay in our accommodation.
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other goods or services.
- Winner Notification:
- Winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message or Facebook Messenger within 24 hours of the prize draw.
- If a winner does not respond to the prize notification within 48 hours, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be selected at random.
- Prize Fulfillment:
- The $200 F&B Voucher will be provided as a digital voucher.
- The two-night stay will be subject to availability and valid for midweek bookings only, and will be provided as a digital voucher.
- Publicity: By entering the competition, the winners consent to Headlands Hotel sharing their photo and name on Headlands Hotel’s Instagram and Facebook social media channels for promotional purposes.
- Privacy: Headlands Hotel will only use the personal data provided by the winners for the purposes of the competition and prize fulfillment. Personal information will not be shared with third parties.
- General Terms:
- The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions.
- The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition at any time without notice.
- Liability: The promoter is not responsible for any loss or damage caused to participants, including any technical failures or issues related to Instagram or Facebook.
