Bao Bar
Bao Bar brings bold flavour, soft buns served food truck style, straight from the Airstream.
Choose from crispy pork belly with Korean glaze, slow-braised sticky beef with kimchi, panko chicken with iceberg and sriracha mayo, crunchy tofu with pickled onion and sesame, prawn bao with sesame and chilli oil, or classic roast duck with spring onion and cucumber.
Made to order, packed with flavour, and perfect for a bite by the sea.
